One of the greatest blessings in my life so far has been bringing my dream to fruition. Becoming a naturopathic doctor has been the most challenging and rewarding endeavour to date. It has helped to shape me into a physician that is friendly, determined, passionate, open, inclusive, and grateful.

After receiving my Bachelors of Science from the University of British Columbia, I went on to another 4 years of naturopathic medical education from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine (one of two accredited schools in Canada). I am a member of the BC Naturopathic Association (BCNA), the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), and am licensed by the College of Naturopathic Physicians of BC (CNPBC).
Throughout my 10+ years of formal education, I also worked in the reforestation industry, instilling an even deeper love of the outdoors, community, and respect for mother nature. I have grown to seek love, adventure, and happiness through friends, family, outdoor hobbies, and being of service to others.

I particularly enjoy working with (but am not limited to):

  • Women’s health

  • Sports Injuries

  • Hormones

  • Mental Health

  • Addictions

  • Fertility

  • Digestive Issues

  • Autoimmune Conditions

  • Adrenal Fatigue

  • Chronic Infections

  • Thyroid Disorders

  • Anxiety & Depression

  • Pre & Post-natal care

  • Skin Disorders

Through my integrative and evidence-based approach to medicine, I offer individualized treatment plans that are designed to fit your needs and get you back to a state of balance and maximizing your life's experience.

I am licensed through the College of Naturopathic Physicians of BC, and I am presently accepting new patients and welcome all sorts of concerns into my family practice.

I look forward to meeting you in my practice.
